Malborough, NZ - Guava, white currant, and elderflower coupled with lovely ripe passionfruit & tropical notes and hints of basil and lime from the Wairau fruit. These follow through to the palate – which is fine and soft with loads of fleshy fruit balanced by a ripe, juicy acidity and lingering minerality.

Yarra Valley, VIC - The nose shows citrus, vanilla and white flowers. The palate has lemongrass and ginger, linearity and a touch of class, which manifests itself in a slight waxiness and the restraint of the fruit character.

Pfalz, Germany - Pear and red apple skin aromas are trailed by hints of lime, quince and wet stone. Ripe, fleshy pear and red apple fruits carry good textural volume across the palate with subtle quince, musk and wet stone characters lying underneath. Finishes dry and fresh with brisk acidity leading into a deliciously fruity aftertaste.
